3. How does KLIQUE work to help us?

We are your extended HR department! We will take care your end to end HR service, with weekly meeting also a weekly, monthly, and yearly report regarding HR on your organization along with recommendation action plans from us!

4. Does KLIQUE also help with everyday administration that we need regarding people?

Yes, we will help you draft, and administer your needed documents, even also distribute to the people needed in your organization.

5. So to conclude, you do all HR stuffs?

Yes, we will draft documents, set up interviews, do the interview, do the onboarding process, track and manage performance appraisal process, calculate bonus performance, offboarding your employees, and everything else you can imagine in the scope of your people management! We also will brainstorm and think of strategic interventions needed to boost your company productivity, also the one who execute and maintaining it.

6. Do I still need to hire HR person in my company?

For some industries, we will recommend for you to have an internal HR person in your company, at least an HR administrator so that we can work everyday with this person.

7. Will KLIQUE visit our office regularly?

It will be based on agreement. But yes, we can and we will visit regularly when you need us to! We also think it’s the best way to bond with your team.

8. How is the payment T&C?

We can have an agreement of yearly payment, semesterly payment, quarterly payment, even monthly payment adjusting to your flexibility!

10. What if we don’t know what we need in our company?

That would be perfectly fine. We will offer you a free consultation meeting for 1 to 2 hours to discuss about your pain points, really understanding your perspective of the problems, and from there we will analyze and get back to you what’s the best solution for your organization!

11. How will the agreement and working method look like?

We will assess, and create a timeline for your solutions, and from there we will create an agreement based on two options: either based on timeline, or based on deliverables. You can choose!

12. How is the payment?

The payment will be done per deliverables and it will be discussed further before we sign the agreement!

13. Is it all online or will there be visits to my company?

There will be visits to your office, when we deem needed, to boost the productivity and the process of the project.

15. What if we don’t know what kind of training we need in our company?

That would be perfectly fine. We will offer you a free consultation meeting for 1 to 2 hours to discuss about your pain points, understanding really your perspective of the problems, and from there we will analyze and get back to you on what’s the appropriate development/training program we think is fitted for your problems.

16. Can KLIQUE do either online and offline training / development program?
